End-User License Agreement
Scope
This portal is a private operational system provided by Dinmore Bell to Palm Cay Development Company Ltd (“PCD”) and its authorised users under the engagement between them. Only users set up by PCD or Dinmore Bell may use it, for the management of PCD’s sales receivables and cash flow, and on the terms of that engagement. There is no public sign-up.
Accounts and conduct
Every account is personal and protected by a password and a second factor from an authenticator app. Users must keep both confidential and use the portal only for its intended purpose. Access may be suspended or withdrawn where the portal’s security or the accuracy of its records would otherwise be put at risk.
QuickBooks
With PCD’s authorisation, the portal reads PCD’s QuickBooks Online company. It is read only: it never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks. Figures shown as collected come from QuickBooks; where the portal and QuickBooks disagree, QuickBooks and PCD’s accountants remain the record, and the portal raises the difference for review rather than choosing a figure. PCD can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, from the portal’s settings or from inside QuickBooks.
Records
The portal keeps a complete history of changes and of who viewed each contract and document. Records are corrected by adding to them, not by erasing them. Forecasts, reconciliation and VAT figures are a management view; they do not replace PCD’s accounting records or professional advice.
No warranty beyond the engagement
The portal is provided in accordance with the engagement between Dinmore Bell and PCD. Nothing on this page expands or replaces that engagement; where they differ, the engagement governs.
